We, at the Impala Hotel cater to palates of people from all over the world. We have four restaurants, each serving different cuisines like the Continental, Indian, Chinese and Italian.

The Continental restaurant in the first floor serves continental breakfast every morning and is famous for its buffet lunch. This restaurant also serves delicious Tanzanian dishes like the nyama choma.

The Indian restaurant is an open-air garden restaurant located at the rear of the hotel. The Indian restaurant serves excellent North Indian cuisine and specialized in Tandoor dishes. Our chefs will be happy to prepare your favourite dish by special order even if your dish is not on our menu.

The sprawling Chinese restaurant of our hotel is in the ground floor, facing the lounge. You are welcome to experience a culinary triumph at the "only true Chinese restaurant in the whole of Arusha" and discover a haven for authentic Chinese food.

The Italian restaurant, facing the swimming pool is a favourite "meeting place of the people of Arusha". Our Italian restaurant serves a wide range of impossible to resist, exotically flavoured and topped pizzas.

We organise buffet (lunch and dinner) and cocktail parties at our hotel and also carry out outdoor catering.
